Aruba saw the volume of cruise visitor arrivals decrease by 5.6% in August 2018, falling from 46,200 cruise visitors in August 2017 to 43,632 cruise visitors in August 2018. The number of cruise ship calls grew however from 16 in August 2017 to 17 in August 2018.
Through the first eight months of 2018 Aruba saw a 2.7% increase in the volume of cruise visitor arrivals, growing from 513,225 cruise visitors in the first eight months of 2017 to 527,247 cruise visitor arrivals in the same eight months of 2018. The number of cruise ship calls grew from 213 in the first eight months of 2017 to 215 in the same eight months of 2018.
